1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Motortech Services LTD (referred to as "Motortech" henceforth) website and any orders placed herein. By using our website, placing an order, or agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to abide by them.


2. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed online through our website. We accept VISA and Mastercard Debit and Credit Cards. Full payment is required before dispatching any goods.


3. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected delivery method. UK Next Day Delivery orders will only apply if orders are made and payment is received by Motortech prior to 12pm, mid-day. Handling time prior to shipment can take 1 additional business day. Any stock issues which transpire will be communicated to customers ASAP.


4. Sore Returns and Refunds

  • You may return full-priced items within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is brand new and unopened / unregistered and providing you notify us within the 7-day window via email. A Returns Notice Number (RNN) will be provided, which must be included when returning any items.
  • Please Note: Once a tool has been registered to a user, it is no longer eligible for return. Registration signifies acceptance and full use of the product. We kindly ask that customers consider their purchase and the implications of registration carefully.
  • Sale/discounted/package deal items may be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery for a full refund (as long as unopened and sealed/unregistered).
  • Initial delivery charges and return delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • Made-to-order or customised goods are not refundable.
  • Items must be returned in their original, re-saleable condition. Any damage or signs of use may result in partial or no refund.
  • We do not cover return postage and insurance. It's the purchaser's responsibility to ensure items are returned securely and in the original condition.


5. File Portal Returns & Refunds

  • We are providing a non-tangible, Irrevocable product i.e software we do not provide refunds for incorrect requests or orders with incomplete information provided, which you accept prior to purchase. Please make sure you have provided complete and accurate information with your order as revisions due to incorrect requests may be chargable.


6. Warranty

All items, unless otherwise stated, come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover items that are damaged, incomplete, modified, or have unauthorized repairs. They must remain in the condition as produced by the manufacturer.


7. Lost Parcels

In the event a parcel is lost in transit, a reasonable time will be allowed for the courier to investigate and locate the parcel. If the parcel is confirmed lost, a replacement item will be sent to the customer. If a replacement item is sent and the original item is later found and delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to inform Motortech within 48 hours. The initial item must be returned to us, with Motortech covering the posting charges from the original delivery address.


8. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address entered during the sales process is correct. If a parcel is sent to an incorrect address due to customer error and it is successfully delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to locate the parcel, Motortech will not be liable. If the parcel is undelivered and returned to us, the customer will be liable for additional shipping charges. Any notifications of incorrect details, such as shipment details by the customer, will be amended as long as the item has not departed yet.


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund less a 5% transaction fee.


10. Price Changes and Availability

Prices are true at the time of order; if prices change between the time of order and the time of delivery, the original sale price holds true.


11. Product Descriptions

Our product descriptions are accurate, however, for diagnostic and tuning tools, vehicle manufacturers may change their vehicle software to restrict unofficial tooling access. We cannot be held liable for that.


12. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data.


13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Motortech or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.


14. Liability and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Motortech Performance website or these Terms shall be governed by UK law. The courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.


15. Customer Reviews and Feedback

Customers are encouraged to leave reviews on Google and Facebook. We appreciate amicable attempts to resolve any disputes that may arise before leaving negative feedback


16. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions and discounts will be displayed on our homepage and product pages, and may also be communicated via text, email, or phone.


17. Subscription Services

Abuse of subscription services will result in cancellation with no refund. It's the customer's responsibility to check our suppliers' terms before using hardware and software.


18. Website Accessibility

Our website is designed to be accessible on PC, tablet, and mobiles. We welcome feedback on accessibility and usability issues via our support channels.


19. External Links

We are not responsible for the content or policies of external websites linked from our site. Customers follow external links at their own risk.


20. Force Majeure

Motortech is not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control.


21. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motortech from any claims or damages arising from misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.


22. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
